Our client, a growing private equity firm based in Cleveland, is seeking a Private Equity Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for candidates with an investment banking or Private Equity background (MBA not required) who want hands-on deal experience.

Responsibilities:

* Support sourcing, diligence, and execution of private equity transactions
* Build financial models, perform valuation analysis, and conduct market research
* Prepare investment committee materials and internal memos
* Assist with portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
* 2–5 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
