Description:
Our client is an investment fund with $600 million under management that primarily invests in private companies, from start-ups to established businesses in a broad range of industries in U.S. and Europe.
They offer investments in the range of $30-60 million per transaction and strategic and operating expertise as well as access to an extensive network of investors and talent.
Due to further growth they are looking for an Assistant Controller who will be reporting directly to the CFO and will be responsible for managing full cycle consolidated reporting to the European and US entities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position has 10+ years of experience of financial reporting within financial services and a strong understanding of US GAAP and Tax regulations and a proactive and trustworthy personality.
