To expand our Investment team in Zurich, we are looking for an ambitious talent for the position as an Investment Analyst. The Investment Analyst is part of the newly built team that will manage the majority of Schroders Capital global private equity portfolio.

Responsibilities:

* Support the Co-Heads of European Private Equity with regards to due diligence, execution and monitoring of European private equity investments (primaries, secondaries and direct/co-investments) for Schroders Capital’s own funds and mandate clients
* Prepare documentation for the global investment committee
* Conduct industry research and develop insights relevant for European investments
* Support the preparation of quarterly reports and investment updates for Schroders Capital investors
* Support the preparation of client pitches and requests

Required Profile:

* Degree in Finance, Economics, Natural Sciences or Business Administration
* At least 1 year of work experience in Private Equity investing, corporate finance or banking
* German native speaker and excellent command of the English language
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Organised with the ability to work on multiple tasks with an ability to cope with pressure and adapt to new situations quickly
* High affinity to digitalised processes and learning new tools
