Our client is a dynamic, exciting and entrepreneurial growth stage private equity fund. They are now looking to add an Investment Analyst and Investment Associate to their team. The roles will work on the assessment of investment proposal, structuring and execution of deals and mandates. Contact with potential investee companies and portfolio companies is likely, as well as day to day management of transactions and mandates. The firm has a highly entrepreneurial culture which provides an exciting environment in which to learn about all aspects of private equity from structuring deals, to strategic planning and turning companies around. Applicants should ideally have prior experience in investment banking, accounting, strategy consulting or an associated discipline focused on finance. They will also assess individuals with an entrepreneurial background, who might have left banking or consulting to set up their own businesses. They should be able to demonstrate a passionate interest in private equity and business, display strong academic credentials and have an entrepreneurial flair. You are likely to have experience within the UK sector.
