Are you looking to break into Private Equity? If so, a prestigious Private Equity Firm located in Uptown Dallas, TX is looking for its next Senior Associate to join its finance team. The Private Equity firm with 25 years of history and approximately $20B AUM invests in the real estate, energy, and technology industries. The Senior Associate will be joining a high caliber team with strong tenure providing the Senior Associate with the ability to learn and be mentored. The Senior Associate will be responsible for:

  • Utilize your prior accounting experience to assist in the preparation of financial statements for the investment funds.
  • Utilize your financial reporting experience to prepare quarterly and annual investor reports.
  • Detailed management and analysis of portfolio companies’ IRR.
  • Prepare information for capital calls and distributors.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related area. 1+ years of experience in either public accounting or working in financial services industry.

Compensation: 65-80K a year +bonus
