A well established private equity organisation, within a corporate yet dynamic and adaptable feel is looking for a fully qualified financial accountant with private equity experience to join their London team. Is this you?
Duties Include:
- Preparing accounts, reports and other ad hoc financial information for specified Funds and companies in compliance with IFRS
- Working closely with deal teams and investment operations
- Monitor Investment Committee decisions
- Maintaining relevant accounting books and records for the portfolio assets, fund partnerships and related companies
- Providing technical accounting advice
- Provide technical and financial information and advice on funds to support fund-raising and other Group projects including the maintenance of the various track record models
The candidate:
- ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent qualified
- Experience of working fast paced corporate environment
- Ability to interact and liaise with non finance professionals
