Drive the origination, evaluation, and execution of private equity and private credit investment opportunities within Southeast Asia. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 8+ years experience in evaluating investment opportunities across different industries.

Responsibilities:
* Drive the origination, evaluation, and execution of private equity and private credit investment opportunities within Southeast Asia
* Build and maintain deal flow through various channels and networks, including corporates, intermediaries, banks, and internal stakeholders
* Lead client discussions and manage ongoing investor and counterparty relationships
* Manage investments end-to-end, from origination and term negotiation through analysis and underwriting, investment committee approval, execution, post-deal monitoring, and exit
* Prepare investment memos and develop detailed financial models to support investment decisions
Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
* Years of experience: 8-12 (VP) | 12-15 (Director) in evaluating investment opportunities across different industries
* Strong track record in private equity and/or private credit investing in Southeast Asia
* Able to run a deal end-to-end from negotiating terms, putting together investment memos, etc.
* Team player and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good work ethic, with the ability to work effectively and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
