Responsibilities:
You will operate as a core member of the deal team, with exposure across the full private equity lifecycle:
* Origination support and thematic screening
* Building and owning detailed LBO and operating models
* Commercial and strategic analysis of investment opportunities
* Supporting due diligence across market, operational, and management workstreams
* Preparing IC papers and investment recommendations
* Portfolio company monitoring and value-creation initiatives post-close
Associates are expected to think like owners, not advisors. Responsibility comes early.
Profile Sought:
* Top-tier investment banking
* Top-tier strategy consulting background with strong financial and commercial capability
* Excellent modelling skills and investment judgement
* High intellectual curiosity, maturity, and resilience
* Prior PE exposure is advantageous but not essential. The emphasis is on quality, trajectory, and mindset.
