Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth research in Private Equity and Venture Capital (PE/VC) sectors to identify investment trends and opportunities
* Perform company and industry analysis through financial modeling, valuation, and benchmarking
* Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for stakeholders
* Track and analyse data on investment portfolios and create projections to assist in strategic decision-making
* Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging sectors to offer insightful recommendations
* Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders for high-impact deliverables
* Mentor the Junior Analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements:
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
* CFA certification is a plus
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in investment and equity research, with a focus on PE/VC
* Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools
* Excellent report-writing and presentation skills
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical software/tools
* Strategic thinker capable of working both independently and collaboratively
* Proactive mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
