A fantastic new role has arisen working with a U.S. private equity fund.

They have a fantastic name in the market, and are now looking to add a German-speaking Investment Associate to their London team.

Responsibilities:

* Source and originate deals directly investing into European companies
* Financial modelling of new investments
* Prepare investment papers for the Directors and Partners
* Deal execution on all aspects of transactions

The role will sit with a great team comprised on professionals from tier one banks and other private equity funds

Requirements:

They are interested in meeting professionals with a background as follows:
* 3rd year Analyst to 1st year Associate level
* Currently employed by a private equity fund, leading investment bank or top advisor
* Excellent financial modelling skills
* Strong M&A deal sheet
* Fluent in German
