Job Summary
Conduct due diligence on prospective investment targets with the senior deal team members and external vendors or advisors. University degree or above in any discipline, from a highly regarded institution. 2+ years of relevant investment banking, buy-side/private equity working experience. Strong verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct due diligence on prospective investment targets with the senior deal team members and external vendors or advisors
* Build and review complex financial models, conduct valuations, scenario analysis, perform quantitative analysis on return profile and leverage scenarios, and provide strategic insights to the senior management
* Drive value creation initiatives for portfolio companies
* Prepare detailed investment memos, portfolio review materials covering strategic rationale, risks, and financial considerations
* Manage deal execution, including negotiation, documentation, and coordination with the internal teams
* Monitor industry trends and shape long-term investment strategy for the firm in China
Ideal Candidate:
* University degree or above in any discipline, from a highly regarded institution
* Minimum 2 years of relevant investment banking, buy-side/private equity working experience
* Strong research/financial analysis and modelling capabilities
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, self-motivated and independent
* Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
* Strategic mindset to identify value creation opportunities and develop growth plans for portfolio companies
* Strong verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin for internal and external communications and engagement
