What It’s About

We are looking for an Associate to join our Private Equity Technology Team, based in either Zug, Switzerland or London, UK, with a focus on majority/control investments. While prior experience in the software and technology sector is preferred, we welcome candidates from other industries who can demonstrate a genuine interest in software and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build, maintain, and interpret financial models and valuation analyses to evaluate potential investment
* Lead and support diligence workstreams in coordination with the advisors, management teams, and service providers
* Prepare investment memoranda and manage internal stakeholder communications and workflows
* Identify and assess investment opportunities and target companies through market research, networking, and industry analysis
* Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives

What We Expect:

* Strong academic credentials
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, ideally preceded by investment banking or management consulting; or 3–4 years of experience in investment banking or consulting
* Self-directed, with proven ability to manage and complete tasks within demanding timelines and competing priorities
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others at all levels of seniority
