A boutique London Private Equity firm is expanding its investment team and looking for a newly qualified Accountant with a Corporate Finance / Transaction Services background who is looking to kick start their career in PE.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Investment team on all investment projects/deals
* Create analysis for investment opportunities being reviewed
* Produce market metrics
* Prepare quarterly updates on deal flow statistics
Requirements:
* Qualified ACA
* Modelling expertise
* Background in corporate finance / transaction Services
* PE knowledge/exposure
