Analyst – M&A

We are a mid-market M&A advisory firm who is looking to hire an Analyst to support the execution of our current mandates and grow our pipeline.

Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation and execution of deals
* Prepare proposals and marketing pitches
* Analyse performance and valuations of companies
* Prepare data rooms, information memorandums and financial models
* Manage due diligence programmes, information requests and Q&A processes
* Provide financial analysis for the clients and investors
* Provide strategic advice to the clients
* Identify new clients and opportunities

Experience:

* Minimum of 2 years experience in financial or professional services
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Excellent communication skills
