Work on a broad range of matters, including fund structuring, formation, regulatory compliance, and investor negotiations. EU Qualified lawyer, admitted to List II or List IV or currently undertaking your qualification. First experiences, possibly during internships, ideally in asset management, particularly in alternative investment funds, within large local law firms or well-established international law firms in fund structures, fund formation, and knowledge of regulatory requirements in key jurisdictions.
