About Our Client

Our client is a leading UK-focused venture capital, growth equity and small buy-out investor with significant funds under management. It has a long-established, highly respected, and an enviable track record of investing across Britain. It’s looking to add an investment professional to lead aspects of the transaction process, and work on portfolio management.

What the Job Involves:

* Working on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
* Assisting the Partners and Directors across a number of private equity vehicles
* Opportunity to be involved with all of the investment products across the group and to assist in fundraising when required management

Who We Are Looking For:

* Top academics from a leading academic institution
* Exposure to venture capital, growth equity and mid-market private equity as an investor or advisor
* Ability to lead deals with minimal supervision
* Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and communicated English, allowing you the ability to write, present, and articulate flawlessly
