This is a rare opportunity for a Newly Qualified Accountant to join a technology-focused Global Private Equity firm where you will gain experience across the three core finance function within Private Equity.
You would be joining their London-based team where your responsibilities will rotate across:
* Fund accounting
* Portfolio monitoring
* Corporate accounting
Responsibilities:
* Support the deal teams on investment transactions
* Calculate distributions and fund calls
* Preparation of performance data on funds
* Investment Valuations under IPEV
* Preparation of annual audit files and statutory reporting
This is not an exhaustive list of the duties.
Requirements
This role is ideally suited if you are a Newly Qualified Accountant or recently Qualified Accountant – whether ACA or ACCA, likely coming from practice (Mid Tier or Big 4 firm). Ideally with Financial Services experience, but this is not essential.
