Kforce has a client in New York, New York (NY) that is seeking a Manager for their growing Private Equity Fund Accounting group. Summary: The position will be responsible for the day-to-day fund accounting, and controller functions of various private equity funds. The individual will work as part of a team, will have direct communications with the clients, and will work towards becoming an extension to their client’s finance organization.

Requirements
5-8 years of professional experience
Minimum 3-4 years of direct Private Equity experience, preferred experience in: Mezzanine/Credit debt and/or Distressed debt
CPA preferred
