Key Job Responsibilities:
* Map out target sectors and companies and build relationships with target companies
* Build relationships with investors, advisors and other sources of deal flow
* Support ACE’s sourcing efforts including sponsor outreach and partner development
* Manage internal investment process and prepare presentations and reports for ACE’s Investment Committee and investors
* Conduct business, accounting, and financial analysis and coordinate third party due diligence efforts
* Monitor existing portfolio companies and analyze the performance of overall program
* Analyze and modify sponsor operating and financial models
* Take an active role in building the franchise
* Support fundraising and investor outreach effort

Knowledge and Skills:
* Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Engineering from a reputable institution
* Significant experience in a deal-focused capacity in investment banking venture capital, private equity, or management consulting
* CFA Chartholder
* Financial Conduct Authority approved candidate will be a plus
* Previous deal experience with growth companies across the technology sector
* Global experience and outlook
* Strong written communication and interpersonal skills in English
* Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and financial modeling applications
* Solid quantitative and analytical skills, accounting and financial concepts, eye for detail
* Efficiently plan and organize own workload with tight deadlines; without close oversight
* Self-starter, fast learner and eager to partner with colleagues
