Our client, a venture capital company located in Boston, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: maintain the General Ledger for all fund entities; assist with compiling/reviewing quarterly and annual reports; assist with managing the annual audits; and quarterly compliance certificates.

The ideal candidate will have: college degree in accounting or finance and possess 3+ years of relevant work experience (public accounting and/or private); A CPA and/or advanced degree is a plus; and must be detail oriented, analytical and proficient in excel.
