Provide legal advice and support in connection with the structuring, due diligent and execution of different investment transactions particularly with respect to private equity investments transaction. Fluency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin. Hong Kong qualified lawyer. 3+ years of post qualification experience gained in the private equity/ capital markets team of an international law firm or a well-known financial services company.
