An international city firm are looking for a senior private equity associate to join their highly regarded London team. The well regarded private equity team work with private equity houses; HNWs and families and management teams on transactional private equity deals. They provide legal advice on all aspects of investments including: buy-outs, exits, growth capital, portfolio acquisitions and setting up new funds.
You will have in-depth knowledge of the full spectrum of private equity transactional work from a well regarded city or regional firm. You will be confident and willing to engage in business development activities and building your own network of contacts at private equity funds and intermediaries.
