Our client is a leading mid market private equity group. The fund has been established for a number of years and have just raised additional capital. As a result, they are now looking to add a VP level professional to their team. They are on keen on hiring a German speaker for the role. You will work as part of a small deal on the origination and execution of deals. This will include due diligence, financial modelling and valuations, deal structuring, negotiation through to deal completion. Whilst your primary focus will be the German region, you will also work on other geographies. The successful candidate will work in another private equity or investment firm at the moment. You will probably have 7-10 years experience since graduating , and be a native German speaker.
