Job Description
Identify and conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities
Keep abreast of industry developments and review of the firm’s portfolios on a regular basis
Participate in all aspects of the deal execution process, including due diligence, financial modelling, negotiation, execution and integration of transactions

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor or master degree in Finance or relative fields from a top university
2-4 years experience in investment bank or private equity firm with deal experience in China market
Demonstrate competency in financial statement analysis, valuation and modelling, extensive research and analysis
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
