A leading Investment Management firm, founded in 2009, and over 20,000 employees worldwide, is seeking a in-house Counsel. The firm, with over $40B managed and with specialized investments in areas like Private Equity, Infrastructure & Credit, is looking to add to their growing Private Investments Legal team.

Job Description
This individual will be joining a three person Legal team to assist in structuring, negotiating and executing complex investments
You will work very closely with the M&A investments team
Acquisitions and divestitures of private companies & Private Equity Transactions
Manage outside counsel

The Successful Applicant
Will have graduated from a reputable Law School
Will have worked at a Top AMLaw Firm – specifically as an Associate in their Private Equity M&A Practice
Minimum 3+ years of experience
High degree of self-confidence & patience
