Resilience Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm based in Cleveland, Ohio, is looking to hire a Pre-MBA Associate to join its investment team and support its Fund IV and existing portfolio investments.

The ideal candidate would have 2-to-3 years of experience working in investment banking, private equity, transaction services, corporate development or other similar transactional roles with increasing responsibility and a proven track record of achievement throughout the candidate’s career. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of proficiency in financial analysis and accounting, and a demonstrated interest in professional development. The candidate should also be well-organized, possess a strong work ethic and operate well within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

The Pre-MBA Associate would be responsible for financial modeling, research, investment opportunity screening, investment thesis development, supporting transaction execution, and assisting with the oversight of portfolio investments. Given Resilience Capital’s collaborative approach to investing, the Pre-MBA Associate would be involved in all pre- and post-closing aspects of a transaction and would be provided the unique opportunity to develop a wide-range of skills and gain experience in all aspects of private equity investing.

The Pre-MBA Associate position should be viewed as a two to three year commitment within Resilience Capital with the possibility for internal growth for top performers. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
