HH-Fund is a real-estate private equity firm based Washington D.C. that invest and manage student housing and commercial real-estate across the US. HH-Fund are specializing in student housing, MFH and retail properties along the US. HH-Fund currently has over $200 Million in portfolio value and about 2000 unit apartments including Maryland, New York, and California.

The company has two lines of business: investment and property management. Accounting department will be responsible to both.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

* Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of company structure, financial reporting and general ledger structure.
* Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close and reports (knowledge of consolidated financial statements required).
* Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
* Oversee the daily banking requirements.
* Ensure an accurate and timely quarterly profit distribution.
* Ensure the monthly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
* Supports budget and forecasting activities.
* Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Responds to inquiries from the executive officers, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.

Requirements

* 4+ years experience in accounting field
* Excel and Quickbooks
* Expericed in consolidated financial statement
