Our client, a financial services corporation in Essex County, is adding an Accounting Manager to their team.

In this newly created position, you will be responsible for:

* Preparing accounting records, schedules and reports as needed
* Coordinating deliverables with Investor Services team
* Handling Client fund administration services for private equity funds and private equity fund of funds
* Managing staff and their development
* Managing client relationships
* Reviewing accounting records, financial statements and support schedules
* Reviewing compliance reporting, including Small Business Administration SBA Annual Filing and form 468
* Reviewing capital call & distribution calculations and letters

The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience with Private Equity Accounting and 3+ years of supervisory experience. A Bachelors Degree in Accounting is required and a CPA is highly preferred.
