Meet with companies that are raising capital as well as fund managers who are active in the market to seek out companies with strong business models. BA/ BS degree. 2+ years of top-tier investment banking or consulting experience.

HarbourVest Partners, LLC, is currently seeking candidates for 2 to 3 year pre-MBA Associate positions in its Direct Co-Investment Group in Boston. These positions are for a summer 2018 start. The Direct Co-Investment Group participates in growth equity and mezzanine investments as well as co-invests alongside established fund managers in buyout transactions. Many of those that have completed the Associate Program at HarbourVest have gone on to attend business schools at top-tier institutions. Compensation is competitive.
