Details

Our client is a leading mid-market PE firm with an excellent reputation. They are currently looking to recruit an Associate into the existing team, due to expansion. As an associate you will be involved in all aspects of the deal process, from screening, reviewing of CIMS, financial due diligence (FDD), portfolio monitoring, and preliminary fund raising.

The Person

Entering as an Associate you will have/be:

* Qualified Accountant ACA
* 2:1 degree or above
* Experience in investment banking, corporate finance from the big 4 or an independent boutique
* Financial modelling experience
* Have a mid-market focus (advantageous)
