UAD656 is currently seeking a Private Equity Associate to support a financial service client in the Conshohocken, PA area.

The Private Equity Associate must be knowledgeable of financial reporting and partnership accounting in order to effectively organize projects and provide assistance to the team’s assignments when needed. As the team’s main operational contact, the Private Equity Associate must possess stellar communication skills, as the position requires the ability to provide a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

The Private Equity Associate will be responsible for:

* Reviewing and auditing fund financial statements
* Assisting with fund investments and portfolio companies valuations
* Maintaining PE funds cash position entries
* Posting PE journal entries
* Resolving client inquiries
* Ensuring client deliverables are accurate and handled in a timely fashion

Skills/ Competencies:

The ideal Private Equity Associate will possess these skills:

* Bachelor’s Degree
* 3+ years’ public accounting experience in a financial services environment
* Private equity fund services industry knowledge
* Microsoft Office proficiency
* Excellent communications skills
* Ability to thrive in high pressure environment
