TPG is a global private investment firm with USD 49 billion of assets under management. TPG investment platform:

TPG Capital is the firm’s principal investment platform focuses on equity capital investment between USD 10 million and USD 1 billion. On May 3, 2012, Parkway Properties, Inc. announced that TPG agreed to invest USD 200 million of equity in Parkway.
