Core Java Equities Market Data This global multi-strategy Hedge Fund seeks Senior Java Programmer’s with expert core Java development skills including multi-threading and datastructures. You would be focused on designing and building entirely new Equities (Cash, Options and Futures) Market Data tools and applications, covering real-time market data feed handlers and reference data and historical data services.

You would be working in a small expert 5-man team based in New York, where you would be involved in full life cycle development including application and architectural design and development, relationship management with Traders and Portfolio Managers, Quants, other Front Office technology groups and Middle Office.

Suitable applicants should have

  • US Citizenship / Green Card Holder / H1B (with at least 2 years remaining).
  • 5 years+ Core Java expertise including Multithreading and Datastructures.
  • 3 years+ experience of Equities Market Data feeds / Reference data.
  • MOM experience with Tibco, MQ, Apache, JMS, et al.

Desired Skills and Experience
