Leading Hedge Fund, in need of Trading Paralegal. Will provide support in relation to a variety of legal issues including the coordination and execution of various trading documentation (e.g. ISDA, Prime Brokerage, Futures, GMRA, GMSLA), and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (e.g. Dodd-Frank and EMIR). Must have 0-3 years’ work experience in a related field (e.g. legal or financial services internships).
