Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Finance, or Engineering. Junior hire: 2-3 years of experience, and experienced hire: 7-10 years of experience in trading exotic FX options in an OTC market-making or risk-taking capacity.
