Tax Director

Hedge Fund is looking for a Tax Director. Responsible for tax filings including partnership K1s and tax returns for multi-strategy hedge funds, credit funds, distressed debt funds, merger & convertible arbitrage funds, long/short equity funds, management company, foreign office subsidiaries, GP entities, and the firm partners. Must have minimum of 7-10 years of experience to carry out the responsibilities of the position, gained in either Public Accounting and/or a combination of both public and private experience.
