Looking for a senior investment professional to join a hedge fund focused on global real estate securities (REITs) investments. The fund is backed by a Middle East based family office and will be launching in late 2016 with $100 million of seed capital to make long-short investments within the global real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of real estate investment experience, expertise in REIT financial modeling (NAV, IRR, DCF and AFFO models), vast rolodex within the public real estate (REIT) sector and ability to generate high conviction stock ideas across economic cycles.

The compensation will be competitive with profit participation (equity ownership) units in the new fund. There will be opportunity to take on co-PM responsibilities in a few years.

The founder (based in San Francisco) who will serve as the PM has over a decade of global real estate investment experience with a strong track record investing in the REIT sector.
