Description

  • Review Net Assets Values (NAV) on daily, monthly and quarterly funds in a timely manner.
  • Evaluation of cash/position reconciliation, capital activities and portfolio PnL.
  • Enter and monitor general ledger and daily account activities.
  • Interaction with investment managers, prime brokers to resolve questions an reconciliation differences.
  • Work closely with internal departments on pricing, trade processing security setup and corporate actions queries.
  • Liaison with auditors, including preparation of financial statements and audit support schedule.
  • New business take on – involve in review of offering documents and new accounts setup.
  • Participation in ad hoc projects such as system upgrade and process re-engineering.
  • Ensure highest standard of service is delivered consistently to clients through pro-active client management.
  • Ensure departmental procedures are followed and in-line with Citi policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in hedge fund industry.
  • Solid understanding in various fund structures, complex investment products and fees calculation.
  • Knowledge in PE funds is an advantage.
  • Proactive in taking ownership of problems, learn new systems and broaden knowledge in regulatory requirements.
  • Strong oral and written communicate skills with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within agreed deadlines.
  • Experience with Advent Geneva is a plus.
  • Highly PC literate (e.g. Excel, Word, Bloomberg).
