Job Summary
Hedge fund. Responsible for daily cash and positions reconciliations, daily management of trade settlement and issue resolution, trade affirmation, resolution of trade breaks and day to day dealings with the brokers. Strong buy side experience with 2+ years of operations experience.

They are currently looking for a buy-side candidate with a strong operations skill set and the ability to work independently. Prior experience working on projects would be desirable but it is not a requirement.

Requirement:
- Strong buy side experience with 2-5 years of Operations Experience.
- Knowledge of Front to Back Trade Flow.
- Solid Product Knowledge in Equity Swaps, Cash Equity, Fixed Income & Derivatives.
- Strong Team Player.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English.
Responsibilities:
The role includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities and tasks;
- Daily cash and positions reconciliations.
- Daily management of trade settlement and issue resolution.
- Trade affirmation.
- Resolution of trade breaks and day to day dealings with the brokers.
- Monitoring of commissions and financing costs, reporting to the business.
- Trade bookings.
- Active monitoring of pricing and profit and loss within the PMS.
- Reconciliation of realised swap pnl and related cash flows.
- Monitoring of corporate actions.
- Maintenance and delivery of reports to support various areas of the business.
- Various project work as required by the business.
Budget:
- 40k per month – 50k per month (flexible depending on individual).
