Job Summary

Hedge Fund is seeking a driven individual to join a business facing, Pricing, P&L, Valuations & NAV team. Monitor markets and internal systems to ensure real-time, accurate performance and risk metrics for Portfolio Managers and Senior Management. Promptly diagnose and fix any issues as they arise. Bachelor’s Degree required (majors in Finance, Mathematics or related fields).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Monitor markets and internal systems to ensure real-time, accurate performance and risk metrics for Portfolio Managers and Senior Management. Promptly diagnose and fix any issues as they arise.
* Provide routine services including price verification, corporate action processing, P&L analysis and attribution, fund NAV verification, etc.
* Oversight and development of valuation methodologies and model appropriateness; routine independent modelling of OTC and Exotic transactions
* Position requires extensive interaction with Tudor’s traders, counterparties and internal support departments (Operations, Trade Support, Risk, Software Development, Legal, Treasury, Investor Relations, as well as with external Fund Accountants and Auditors)
* Perform reviews to incorporate all relevant information to the valuation process including analysis of the transaction structure, the modelling and methodology adopted, available market data and/or any proxies considered appropriate, valuation adjustments and any relevant regulatory, risk or accounting considerations
* Involvement in various projects / ad-hoc reporting requests by senior management and front-office business units.

Profile

* Bachelor’s Degree required (majors in Finance, Mathematics or related fields)
* 4-6+ years of experience in a product valuation or trading support role that provided exposure to a broad suite of financial instruments.
* Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office Applications
* CFA candidate is a plus
* Basic programming proficiency (SQL, Python) is a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Superior quantitative/analytical and critical thinking skills
* Team focused and able to collaborate effectively with peers and management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and communicate effectively with senior personnel
* Candidate must be extraordinarily self-motivated and driven to succeed in an environment that emphasizes continuous innovation
