Job Summary

Hedge fund client is looking for an Oracle (PL/ SQL) Developer/ DBA. The majority of the role will Be Oracle (PL/ SQL) development with around 20% DBA. Financial services and/or Fintech experience (investment management a strong plus). Java application server knowledge (WebSphere, Tomcat, etc.)

Essential

* Database development experience with Oracle RDBMS 11G (PL/SQL, packages, procedures, functions)
* 3+ years professional experience

Desirable

* Financial services and/or Fintech experience (investment management a strong plus)
* Oracle performance tuning / administration
* Crystal Reports experience (or similar BI/reporting tool)
* Java / J2EE programming expertise (JDK versions 1.7 and 1.8)
* Java application server knowledge (WebSphere, Tomcat, etc.)
* Object Orientated Analysis &Design (OO&D) / n-tier architecture / SOA (web services)
* Experience with Hibernate or other Object Relational (OR) mapping frameworks
* Microsoft SQL Server / SSIS (2014 SP2)
* C# / .NET (4.6.2)
