The position will be located in our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

* Deploy vendor products, work with support, coordinate with users
* General scripting, FTP, Windows schedule jobs
* Monitor application, appliances like NetBotz

Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree required. Area of study: Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering preferred
* Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in the Windows operating systems
* 3-5 years in Financials or Hedge funds

Experience:

* Administration of the Windows operating system
* Patching Window servers through SCCM or WSUS or similar product
* Windows server deployments
* Windows automation tools
* Connecting Windows servers to a SAN
* VMWare cloning, snapshots
* Citrix XenApp servers and XenDesktop
* NetScaler, VDI, Varonis
* Microsoft Exchange and exchange management shell
* Palo Alto

General:

* Working knowledge of backup clients
* Working knowledge of server hardware (HP and CISCO)
* Hands-on experience in a Data Center environment
* Strong exposure in networking is required (Firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, network protocols)

* Willing to learn new technology
* Capable of resolving critical issues in a time sensitive manner, cognizant of requisite service levels
* History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the customers while meeting deadlines
* Critical attention to detail and solid creative problem-solving skills
* Ability to perform intermediate root cause analysis
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Customer Service focused and a high level of professionalism
* Ability to consistently follow policies and procedures
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment
