Strong understanding of legal vehicles exempt from the 1940 Act through 3c1 and 3c7 exemptions. Role will need to represent the most sophisticated investment techniques, delivered in the most sophisticated investment vehicles to the most sophisticated set of clients in the Bank, Family Offices. Must have 8-10 years of investment/asset management experience.
