Responsible for investor onboarding, capital activity reporting, account maintenance, transfers, distributions, redemptions, statements and reports to investors. Must have 2+ years’ experience working for either a real estate fund or a financial services administrator with client and investor exposure.

OVERVIEW

* Responsible for investor onboarding, capital activity reporting, account maintenance, transfers, distributions, redemptions, statements and reports to investors.
* Ensures proper processing of subscription forms, with reference to requisite qualification requirements.
* Reports capital history and forecasting in a prompt and efficient manner.
* Manages the investor reporting platform and coordinate the transaction execution with the platform provider.
* Provide material and logistical support for the Sales/Marketing department
* Provide material support on the 10Q, 10K and PPM filings (Reg D and S-11 experience preferred)
* Act as liaison between Transfer Agent and company through annual K-1 processing.
* Issues statements and reports to investors and responding to investor and financial representative queries.
* Schedules redemption payments and maintains client subscriptions. Identifies and manages investor problems/issues and participates in their resolution.
* Assists in the quarterly and annual investor account audits.
* Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business function.
* As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth knowledge to team and partners at a detailed level.
* Carries out activities that are large in scope and cross-functional.
* Role is balanced between high level operational execution/development and administrative activities. Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas.

REQUIREMENTS

* Role is balanced between high level operational execution/development and administrative activities. Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas.
* 2+ years’ experience working for either a real estate fund or a financial services administrator with client and investor exposure
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
* In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
* Highly flexible and adaptable to change Technical skills / systems knowledge is required
