Manager – Consolidations & Financial Reporting

Service Provider, is seeking to hire a key Manager Consolidations & Financial Reporting to be responsible for preparing the Company’s quarterly consolidated financial statements, and balance sheet and income statements to be used in the 10K & 10Q. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and coordinating with the Company’s internal and external auditors on related control requirements. B.S. in Accounting and CPA or equivalent required. Experience with foreign currency and intercompany accounting, and financial reporting, strongly desired.
