Hedge Fund is seeking a Legal Counsel. Provide broad legal support / advice on a broad range of matters across both primary and secondary market investments. 3-8 PQE lawyer with prior relevant in-house experience gained within the hedge fund space or a leading investment bank.

A leading multi-billion dollar hedge fund is looking to hire a Legal Counsel in a newly created role to provide broad legal support / advice on a broad range of matters across both primary and secondary market investments including fund formation, negotiating agreements (including ISDAs), reviewing documents and providing general legal advice to the business.

The successful candidate will be a 3-8 PQE lawyer with prior relevant in-house experience gained within the hedge fund space or a leading investment bank. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
