Leading market making firm based in Chicago are looking to recruit a junior C++ developer.
Role:-
- You would work closely within an established trade team to develop, monitor, and enhance trade strategies. You would be able to operate efficiently on very short time tables for rapid development turnaround. A successful candidate would be able to take initiative on new projects and think methodically and quantitatively.
Requirements:-
- 1-2 years experience with C++ (preferably low latency).
- Scripting experience (python, bash).
- Experience designing multi-threaded applications.
- Solid understanding of network protocols.
- Ability to work on projects with short life cycles (daily deliverables).
- Knowledge of low level machine code desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related major.
- Strong communication skills.
- A passion for technology and innovation.
