Hedge Fund is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience. 3+ years of recent relevant financial experience.

Details

The ideal candidate for the Fund Accounting Manager position must have 4+ years’ of accounting experience (including 2+ years’ of hedge fund accounting experience), and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA is a plus for the Fund Accounting Manager position but is not required. The Fund Accounting Manager must have blended GL and fund accounting experience. Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
* Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred
* 3+ years of recent relevant financial experience
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Hedge Fund experience highly desired
* Deep understanding of QuickBooks
* Comprehensive knowledge of fund accounting
* General ledger experience required
* Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
* Solid technical skills
