Hedge Fund is looking for a Fund Accountant. Working in a collaborative environment with direct interaction with CFO, the Fund Accountant will join a team that oversees both management company and portfolio level accounting and financial reporting. This is a rare opportunity to work for the CFO and directly engage with the CEO, portfolio managers, operations and learn the ins and outs of working in the hedge fund industry. •

* You will utilize your strong financial reporting knowledge to prepare monthly performance reports for management company, individual and institutional investors. • * Leverage your strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth flow of investor fund contribution and profit distributions. •
* You will utilize your prior accounting experience to manage yearly audit process through collaboration with outside auditors. •
* You will utilize your experience servicing the financial services industry to work with third party fund administrators to ensure processing of daily NAV packages, manage relationships with prime brokers, custodians and outside legal parties. Job Requirements

*• Bachelors in Accounting or related area. • 5+ years of fund accounting in hedge fund industry • Ability to wear multiple hats and work in a team environment. •
* Nice to have: CPA
