Director – Due Diligence

Hedge Fund, is seeking a full-time Director of Due Diligence to oversee and manage SALI’s portfolio review and due diligence programs. Review documentation on investment managers, including due diligence questionnaires, offering documents, regulatory filings, audit reports, etc. Must have 5 years of experience providing financial services to single strategy, multi-strategy, and/or private equity fund clients with strong understanding of various financial instruments, asset classes, etc.
